At Zoraelle, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging when possible
- Include valid proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, please visit our Returns Portal. When submitting your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Any supporting documents related to the issue
Our support team will review your request and determine eligibility before approving the return. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for a flat $5.00 return shipping fee on approved returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Zoraelle may cover the return shipping cost after review and approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our Returns Portal with clear photos showing the issue. Our support advisors will review the case and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for in-store purchases and are subject to product availability.
At this time, online orders are not eligible for direct exchanges. Customers wishing to replace an item may return the eligible product and place a new order separately.
Refund Process
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Discounts & Promotional Offers
Discount codes, promotional offers, and sale pricing cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Promotional discounts are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
